Wilson and Pearl Trading Post 1907
Located on Rocky Shoreline east of the Sand Beach named after Tom Pearl.
Note the cast iron stoves, which weighted over 200 lbs each.
They were portaged by canoe up the Larder River from Wendigo Lake.
A townsite was surveyed at Pearl Beach but never opened.
